A five-star-rated Omaha tree service serving residential and commercial projects with tree trimming, removal, annual care, and inspections.
Brian Bouckhuyt, the owner and certified arborist of Brian’s Tree Service, approached FAAD with a vision to revamp his existing business branding. The process began with creating a detailed brand guide and conducting market research to analyze competitors, ensuring his brand would stand apart in the industry. Brian’s primary goal was to craft a customer-centric brand that was flexible for future growth, while also being bold, identifiable, and memorable.

The goal was to craft a logo and brand identity that wasn’t just another face in the crowd – it had to stand out and make a statement. It needed to be bold, custom-built, and downright “badass.” Every letter of the Brian’s Tree Service logo was carefully crafted to resemble tree carvings, with a secondary logo that grabs attention and doesn’t let go.
We wanted to showcase a friendly, relatable face for the brand, so we featured Brian, the owner and certified arborist. His approachable personality and expertise shine through in every photo and video, making homeowners feel comfortable and confident working with him. The imagery is used across all marketing efforts to create a welcoming, trustworthy vibe for the brand.

The website design was all about precision. From the copy to the imagery, every element had to align with the goal of creating a customer-centric brand. We focused on the right messaging, a seamless site map, and a smooth user experience. Every page was crafted to ensure the flow was intuitive, while integrating the necessary CRM and backend tools for accuracy and efficiency. The result? A website that’s easy for customers to navigate and built to support the business behind the scenes.
We leveraged social media platforms like Nextdoor, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn to showcase Brian’s Tree Service’s personality. With humor, wit, and educational content, we engaged customers, raised service awareness, and built a stronger connection with the community.

For digital advertising, we strategically planned campaigns during key months, leveraging Meta Ads and Google Ads to target customers actively seeking services. This approach helped us get in front of the right audience and drive more business for Brian’s Tree Service.
With the digital landscape saturated, we turned to EDDM mailers for a more direct approach. By strategically targeting neighborhoods that would benefit from our services, our print marketing efforts quickly attracted more leads and delivered instant results.

With the new brand identity, we rolled out promotional items that reinforced a cohesive look. From custom uniforms to branded swag, we strategically placed the brand elements to turn every piece into a walking billboard, boosting visibility and creating a lasting impression.
